If you require a certificate of sponsorship in order to work in the UK, simply visit our job page start your application process. One of our recruitment associates will receive your application form and review it and if successful you will move on to the next stage. Please ensure your form is completed in full, providing employment/study history for the past 10 years explaining any gaps in study or employment. We received an overwhelming number of candidates and only invite a selected number who meet our strict criteria for assessment prior to an interview.
Once your application is received, our International Recruitment Team will contact you to obtain pertinent information required to process a pre-assessment background check. This is a vital necessity when working within a role supporting vulnerable adults in the UK. The checks will include verification of your provided information. Our background checks form part of our due diligence checks and are a prerequisite process which aids in assessing your suitability for the care role and eligibility for a Certificate of Sponsorship.
Following satisfactory checks and if shortlisted, our international recruitment associates will organise an interview over a video platform. During the interview, the team will discuss the care role in depth, as well as answer any questions you might have.
Once all checks have been completed and following you receive a conditional offer of employment, your recruitment advisor will discuss with you potential training dates in the UK. You will then need to apply for your visas (if you haven’t already) and book flights to arrive in the UK before training commences.
Depending on your circumstances, you might be asked to provide:

Evidence that you have enough personal savings to support yourself in the UK for example bank statements (unless your certificate of sponsorship shows your employer can support you)

Proof of your relationship with your partner or children if they’re applying with you

Your tuberculosis test results if you’re from a listed country

A criminal record certificate- if you’re working in certain job

Your UK PhD certificate or your unique UK NARIC reference number if your qualification is from outside the UK- you’ll need to apply for this through the UK Visas and Nationality Service
You’ll need a blank page in your passport for your visa if you’re:

From outside the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein

From the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein but do not have a biometric passport with a chip in it
You will need to apply for your visas (if you haven’t already) and book flights to arrive in the UK before training commences. We will meet you at the airport and we will ensure you are fully supported as you settle in. You will be taught the Care Certificate and other mandatory training over a 14-day period, giving you everything you will need to start your career with us. Your trainer will assess your performance and behaviour throughout, all of which you will need to pass in order to be employed with us.
